The following words and terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the dha77 website and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered with dha77 or is using its services.
• "Account" means each member's personal gaming account, which holds their balance, transaction history and bonus records.

2.1 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

dha77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Government-issued identification or other relevant documents may be requested. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

2.3 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the dha77 support team immediately. dha77 is not liable for any loss caused by a third party where it appears that the member has shared their login details.

By creating an account or using any service, the member confirms they are at least 21 years of age. If age verification fails, or if a false age has been provided, the account will be closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Additionally, persons who have excluded themselves from dha77's services — whether by order of an authority or voluntarily (self-exclusion) — may not create or use an account on this platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dha77 and, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts).
• Using any software, bots or automated tools to play games.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or any attempt at hacking.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to influence game outcomes.
• Creating an account for a minor or playing on their behalf.

Such activities may also be reported to the relevant authorities for legal action.

8.1 Suspension by dha77

dha77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before submitting the request. This can be done by contacting the dha77 support team.
